. We gaurantee our horses.

. Written terms of contract provided with horse purchase.

· Horses are available for inspection at all times.

· Buyer has right to have horse inspected, by veterinarian of their choice, at their expense, prior to

  purchase.

· U.S. Coggins and Health Certificates will be provided by seller for sale over $2500.00 per horse. For

  horses priced under $2500.00 the purchaser is responsible for the cost.

· A variety of payment options may be available, including interest free financing on most horses.

· Shipping costs are buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.

· We will be glad to hold your horse free of charge up to 30 days or foals until they are weaned.

. Bred mares will be foaled out as per individual arrangement.

· Discounts considered for multiple horses purchased, youth, show and all other preferred circumstances.

· Monies paid are nonrefundable, but may be applied to the purchase of another horse.

. We accept for deposits cash, cashiers checks, money orders and Pay Pal.
